Peak period weeks are winter holiday weeks 8-11 and summer weeks 23-35. The prices might be higher during some happenings. You find prices in the booking calendar. Reservations for peak period weeks is worth done six months before arrival.

The fastest way to book a cottage is by using the Booking reservation system, which can be found on the individual cottage’s presentation pages.

Please, cancel your reservation by phone or e-mail if you are not able to arrive. Without cancellation we charge the whole price.

The cottages are sitauted away from public transport routes. A car is therefore highly recommended.

We do not have any reception or office. Please advise us about your estimated arrival time at least 2 hours before your arrival. We will meet you at the cottage or at another agreed location and give you a key.

The renters clean the cottage at the end of their stay to the same clean and tidy condition it was on arrival. If you don’t want to clean the cottage, you can order the cleaning to be done on your behalf for an additional charge.

The final cleaning includes vacuuming and wiping the floors, wiping clean all work surfaces and tables, washing the dishes and placing them back to their own places, and taking the bins out. All own food and drinks must be taken away.

There is no booking fee for the cottages, and we charge the full amount at once. We will send an invoice after confirming the reservation. The rent can be paid either in advance by invoice or through Booking.com. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

Bed linens, camping cots, and bedmaking are not included in the rental price. Please inform us in advance if you wish to rent bed linens or a camping cot, or if you prefer the beds to be made in advance.
